60 mins of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. A dynamically flowing class to energise you for the day ahead. This class starts and finishes with the classic Ashtanga sequence, with a variety of the seated postures in-between. This is the perfect class for you if you’re short on time but want to feel the physical and mental benefits of a strong yoga practice.
This class is not suitable for beginners.
It is helpful to have a some yoga foundation already in place.
