Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. This class is suitable for everyone that's love music! 
 
All students are required to wear their sneakers for zumba class.
Like any physical activity, dance classes can take a toll on your feet and ankles. To avoid problems, make sure you're wearing shoes that give you balance and protection.
So remember to bring your indoor sports shoes (No Sand) for the class!
and dont forget a hand towel for sweat!
